Step 1

Eligibility Check

I. Entry Requirements 

Ensure that you meet the age requirement and pre-requisites for the programme. 

Age: 17 (Year of birth: 2009)

Step 2

Submit Your Application

I. Complete the Online Application Form

Fill in and submit your application 

II. Complete the Checklist Items

In your account, review the checklist and make sure all required documents are uploaded and complete. 

Note: Other documents pertaining to the applicant’s health or learning experience may be requested in later stages of the application process, if deemed necessary.

Step 3

Pay the Application Fee

A non-refundable fee of RM1,000 is required to process your application. An invoice will be available in the portal, and you will be prompted to make the payment upon submitting the application form. 

Your application will be considered only after the payment and submission of all required documents. 

Step 4

Interview (applicable only to boarders)

An Interviewis mandatory for all new applicants applying to stay at the off-campus boarding house. Interview details will be emailed once the appointment is scheduled by the school. 

Note 

  • Returning students are exempt from the interview. 
  • Final admission decisions for both the school and the boarding house are at the discretion of the school. 

Step 5

Admission Offer and Confirmation

Successful applicants will receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) through email. Parents/guardians must confirm acceptance within the given timeframe.  

Failure to respond will result in forfeiting the offer. 

Step 6

Payment and Enrolment

Upon acceptance, pay the following fees to secure your place: 

  • Deposit 
  • Enrolment Fee 
  • Tuition Fee 
  • Technology Fee 
  • Miscellaneous Fee 
  • Boarding Fee (if applicable) 

Ensure all fees are settled before the commencement of classes.

Class Commencement

Documents required for the Application:

  1. Online Application Form 
  2. Certified original copies of actual/forecast/trial examination results  
  3. Other supporting documents for your application, if any (TOEFL, IELTS etc.)
  4. School leaving certificate/Graduation certificate 
  5. Malaysian student’s MyKad/International student’s passport must have a validity of a minimum of two (2) years.
    • Scanned copy of the information pages, the latest entry stamp/pass. 
  6. Parents’ MyKad/International parents’ passport. 
    • Scanned copy of the information pages, the latest stamp/pass.
  7. Birth Certificate/Proof of Parental/Guardian Relationship/Relevant legal document.   
      • Certification completed by schools are acceptable for academic related documents. 
  8. Optional: Certificates of Extra-curricular Activities and Achievements (e.g. sports, skills, & talents)

Notes:  

All documents submitted must be in English. 

  • Legal documents such as the Birth Certificate, must be translated through a certified agency. 
  • Certification completed by schools are acceptable for academic related documents. 

Other documents pertaining to the applicant’s health or learning experience (e.g. reports from an educational psychologist, speech therapist, etc.) may be requested in later stages of the application process to assess their learning profile and the support required
